Appointments are required for all services, including oil change and State inspections.
Service is now open normal hours for all our stores. Starting Monday May 11th. We will be offering a limited number of "waiting" appointments per. day. "Waiting" for our purposes-reflects that the customer is waiting for the vehicle service at/in our facility. To continue our physical distancing protocol, we are requesting one person per vehicle for any waiting appointment. We will continue to encourage "Drop off" services that include the option of no personal contact.
Due to facility capacity constraints and physical distancing requirements we need to schedule appointments for all service and maintenance items. Thus, we are not accepting drive in customers that do not have a scheduled appointment.Â
If you have an emergency, please contact us and we will figure out a plan on a case by case basis.
We are following all physical distancing requirements. We believe that it is everyone's responsibility to stay at least 6 feet apart and to that end we have instructed our staff to encourage that behavior during customer interactions. We have been fully disinfecting our facilities multiple times per day for the past several weeks and will continue to do so. We have installed transparent shields and sliding glass windows in all our customer touch-point locations. You will not be asked to wear a mask, however you will see people wearing masks, if you desire a mask to wear while you are here and left yours home, please feel free to ask your advisor for a disposable mask.
Per recommendations by the CDC we will not be serving any amenities such as pastries, fresh fruit, doughnuts, coffee or tea.Â
